The callers and neighbor reported hearing the resident yelling for help and that they were having a difficulty breathing. The patient is a 65-year-old male. He is conscious and breathing chief complaint at respiratory distress. The patient said he didn't have a phone and the caller was not able to directly get to the patient. They're reporting it from a distance. Just for information, there is a loose dog on the property. It's not able to be secured. It can be unfriendly, but the caller says to be stern with it and it will go to the trailer.
