60-year-old woman seizures after fall with head injury

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a home near Orchard Drive in Lake Oswego for a reported fall involving a woman in her 60s. She was later reported to be having a seizure, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, and bleeding from the mouth, and was confirmed to have a pulse and to be breathing.
