77-year-old male suffers stroke or heart attack

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews and firefighters were sent to a residence near Tarnina Terrace in Lake Mills for a 77-year-old man who was reported to be having a possible stroke or heart attack. He became unconscious and stopped breathing, CPR was performed, and he later resumed breathing.
