Welfare check for man with possible mental health issues

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were requested for a welfare check on a suspicious male near the corner of a shop on Brook Road in Lake George. The male may have mental health issues and was seen touching his face and body. He is described as wearing a teal-colored shirt.
