Electrical hazard at Starbucks in Lake Elmo

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported electrical hazard at a Starbucks on Hudson Boulevard North in Lake Elmo. Responders found a small one-story commercial building with nothing apparent from the outside and went inside to check while assuming command.
