Two-vehicle crash blocks Highway 61 northbound lanes

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a possible crash involving a truck and a passenger car on Highway 61 northbound near West First Street. EMS and fire were dispatched, and it was later reported there were no injuries. Fire personnel reported that both lanes of the highway were blocked.
