Person with cut wrist at La Mesa Police Department

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS was dispatched to the La Mesa Police Department on University Ave for a sick person with a cut wrist and scene-safety concerns. A separate alcohol-related medical call was also dispatched near E Madison Ave, and one medic unit was later canceled.
