Elderly woman found down, possible cardiac arrest in home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a home near West North Street in Knoxville for an elderly woman in apparent medical distress, possibly a cardiac arrest or panic attack. An officer reported the woman was down in the front foyer while crews prepared to enter through a back door.
