Neighbor reports theft of cans on Laverne Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a possible theft of bags of cans from a neighbor’s yard near Laverne Avenue in Klamath Falls. The suspected man, wearing a dark hoodie and blue jeans, was later reported near a mobile home park by Crest and along the canal between Derby and Summers.
