Current vital signs are a heart rate of 64 sinus rhythm, oxygen saturation 96% on room air, respiratory rate 24 and last blood pressure reading of 185 over 95. There is no loss of consciousness with this event, no trauma however the patient is positive for taking blood thinners. I do have 20 gauge IV access in the right AC at this time.
