Erratic driving by white GMC truck on Highway 63

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received reports of a white GMC truck driving erratically at varying speeds northbound on Highway 63 near the south end of Kirksville. In a separate medical call, responders were sent to an upstairs apartment at a residential building on Washington Street for an adult woman who had fallen and was experiencing pain and possible heart-related issues.
