I listened to the dispatch officer from either Floyd County or Kingston express to the EMS dispatcher or an Ambulance driver who seemed completely indifferent to the PATIENT, who has in desperation, tried to end her life. The indifferent behavior of the Female contacted by the original speaker who appears to be a member of a Law Enforcement Personnel basically being killed into the dispationate responsible medical team. 22 minutes to get to a dying woman's home.. A 27 year old woman, at the prime of her life, is no longer with us, here on Earth. If you are unhappy with your Healthcare Position, you should quit. Please, before another person loses their life. peace be with her family at their time of loss.
