Cyclist injured in fall on Empire Trail

As discussed during the dispatch call, crews were dispatched to the Empire Trail area in Kinderhook for a reported bicycle fall with a head injury. The patient was described as an adult male, and fire assistance was requested to help with extrication from the trail near access off County Route 28.
