Young child bleeds after pulling out feeding tube

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency involving a young child who pulled out a feeding tube with bleeding has been reported near Kennedy Avenue. First responders have been sent to assist. The child may be in pain due to inflammation where the tube was removed.
