Man experiences worsening back pain and left arm numbness

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders are attending to a 49-year-old male with back pain and numbness in his left arm near Wood River Drive and Bird Drive. The pain began about two hours earlier while moving a dog kennel. The patient is conscious and breathing and remains on the ground with increasing pain.
