Reckless driving complaint on Highway 8 and Red Wing Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a driving complaint about a gray Nissan Rogue traveling westbound on Highway 8 and exiting onto Red Wing Avenue, reportedly brake checking, veering between lanes, and nearly sideswiping another vehicle.
