Deceased cat disturbed behind Kentland apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to an apartment complex near South 250 West in Kentland for a reported animal complaint. A caller said they had buried a deceased cat on nearby public property and that someone intentionally dug up the remains and discarded them. The caller requested to pursue charges.
