Woman with medical issue in domestic dispute

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a possible domestic-related medical call for an adult woman near Pleasant View Drive in Kellogg. A separate text-to-911 reported another adult woman, who may have been having a panic attack, waiting outside a Goodwill store for responders. Units were also advised that the possible domestic situation still appeared to be active and that patrol cars could be sent from the west side.
