Man with COPD having difficulty breathing in Keaau

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a home off Kaloli Drive for a man with COPD who was reportedly having difficulty breathing. Another unit also responded to a separate UTV accident in the area of (number withheld) and nearby roads.
