Relative steals property and causes damage to yard

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported that a relative came to a home on West River Road near 9 Mile and 8 Mile, took items from the backyard, did burnouts causing some damage, and then left the area. The vehicle was described as a possible white Equinox.
