The patient was a pedestrian walking across the street when he states that a vehicle grazed him.

He did not fall, did not lose any consciousness.

Only complaint that he has right now.

Now is a scrape to his right elbow.

Vitals are as follows: heart rate of 116 , blood pressure of 100 and twenty-two over seventy-five, SpO two is ninety-seven percent on room air.
