Man with low blood pressure and vomiting after fall

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency involving an adult male with stomach pain and vomiting for three days reported near County Road David Frank in Juneau. The patient fell out of bed and is conscious with low blood pressure. Emergency services were paged for assistance.
