Intoxicated man yelling at people in parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies respond to a report of a disorderly and intoxicated man yelling and swearing at people in a parking lot near Villa Court in Johnson Creek. He was initially reported to be in a red SUV but was later described as walking around the lot.
