Almost all or all the windows of cars are tinted - you can't see who's inside. You can't size up the person, situation, whatever, when you can't see them. So, you can't see who and what is in that vehicle, when they stop, don't get in. They gotta open the window and that's how you talk to them before you get in. I hope nobody got hurt, robbed, etc. Things ain't like they used to be.
