Worker exposed to unknown substance struggles breathing and vision

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a worksite at the back of Campbell Wells Road near the Marmet Park area for a possible hazardous substance exposure involving a worker who reportedly could not breathe or see.
