Dialysis patient with heart failure struggles to breathe

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a location on Highway 96 in Jeffersonville for a 58-year-old male dialysis patient reportedly having trouble breathing. The patient was said to have a history of congestive heart failure.
