Aggressive driver watching recovery center parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Mulberry Street and Market Street for a report of a man in a silver pickup truck repeatedly parking by a recovery center and watching the parking lot. The man had reportedly been told not to park there and may have become aggressive when confronted, possibly moving to a nearby doctor’s office parking lot.
