Man found unresponsive and not breathing in Jay home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services were dispatched to a rural residence near East 435 Road in the Jay area for a report of an adult man found on the floor, unresponsive, not breathing, and cold to the touch. A friend who went inside the home reported the man’s eyes were open but he was not moving.
