Minor traffic crash at East Monroe and First streets

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a minor traffic accident at East Monroe Street and First Street involving a white Dodge and a red Chevy. There are no reported injuries, the roadway does not appear to be blocked, and one driver reportedly wants to file a report while the other may be attempting to leave.
