Trees and power lines on car with people trapped

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to James Creek Road near the boat launch in Lincoln Township for reports of trees and power lines down on a vehicle with people apparently trapped inside. There was a possible medical emergency reported for one person, and there did not appear to be a fire at the time of the call.
