Caller reports suspicious vehicle blocking his car

Caller is going to be Spanish speaking only.

Advised is in the area of this 20 in a black vehicle, and a car stopped in front of him, and he's scared because he's been confused for a criminal before because they were in a black car.

He advised that they look like the same people from the last time.
