Theft of 300 feet of phone lines on Highway 15

As discussed during the dispatch call, an apparent theft of about 300 feet of AT&T phone lines was reported near the (number withheld) block of Highway 15 in Jackson, Kentucky. An officer was dispatched to contact the worker who reported the incident.
