As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible impaired and reckless driver on Highlands Drive Northeast near Northeast Fiddle Drive in Issaquah, involving a green or tan Kia Optima registered out of Sammamish. Units were advised the vehicle was traveling with erratic lane use and varying speeds.
