Man reported assaulting woman on apartment balcony

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible domestic dispute near Parkwood Street and Middlebelt Road in Inkster after reports of a man and woman fighting on an apartment balcony and a 911 open line from the same area. Radio traffic also referenced an unrelated report of a suspicious man running through backyards on Stellwagen and a separate medical call for an adult man sitting in a driveway on Avondale.
