Aggressive pit bull loose at Brookside Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a report of an aggressive pit bull with a leash still attached at Brookside Park near the (number withheld) block of Brookside Parkway South Drive in Indianapolis. The dog reportedly jumped on a collar and attempted to attack a person, and the owner is not present. Animal control is en route.
