We're not sure if she ran to this house afterward or if it happened here and then she ran the alley because initially she told us it happened where we found her, which was that east-west alley just north of 10th. The 911 caller says he saw it happen, and it happened in the alley. Incomplete 911 cell phone call. Also says it was a young child on the phone refusing to put an adult on the line. Control is clear.
