(name withheld) said that a black Nissan Altima was spotted by the plate reader camera at 16th and Tibbs going northbound about two or three minutes ago. The plate number was 534 David Ida Lincoln in case it's related to the kidnapping. I spoke with several people here. I made contact with a caller with everybody here saying no one's going on. Good for. For the kidnapping, the David Tucker car is there and they're all saying they didn't see anything. Nothing happens.
