Two-car crash at North 6th and Water streets

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle accident near North 6th Street and Water Street in Indiana, Pennsylvania. One vehicle apparently struck a tree and the other hit a fire hydrant. Both drivers were out of their vehicles, no one appeared to need EMS, and antifreeze was reported on the roadway.
