Pedestrian struck by pickup on Philadelphia Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a vehicle–pedestrian collision near Philadelphia Street and North Fourth Street in Indiana Borough. A pedestrian was reportedly struck by a pickup truck and bleeding from the head but was later confirmed not to be trapped under the vehicle. Traffic into town was blocked while medics accessed the scene, possibly using the wrong lane of travel.
