This call came in from the elevator emergency button, and it was definitely 4,200, but nobody was on scene to see if there was actually someone in the elevator. 4200 looks like elevator 2 was already shut down and deemed service. We were able to open the elevator and it is empty at this time. So the out-service elevator is empty. There are no trap boxes. Can you advise the man of your supervisor that the elevator is unoccupied and that we're already declaring the scene here because there's no hazards?
