Person threatens self-harm with zip ties near Quail Ln

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement broadcast 10-31 information regarding an involved person (name withheld) who reportedly left a residence near Quail Ln in the Hydesville area and threatened self-harm by putting large zip ties around their neck. The person was associated with a black Jeep Wrangler (year unclear). Deputies made contact with the involved person’s boyfriend for additional information.
