Overturned kayak with person possibly trapped on river

As discussed during the dispatch call, rescue and fire units responded to an overturned kayak in the river near Ross Drive and Riverview Road in Hyde, Pennsylvania. One person was reported possibly trapped beneath the kayak as crews worked in the area known locally as Dead Man’s Curve.
