Suspicious vehicles reported in Silver Creek area

Reference to a 1038 caller advised they saw a blue toyota sedan with their hazards on moving around the neighborhood throughout the evening.

Subjects got out of the vehicle and into a black nissan pickup.

Also, with their headlight correction hazard on, they were just seen leaving (number withheld) Silver Creek and driving into the neighborhood.
