Truck driving wrong way nearly hits pedestrian

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from near a Hornbrook gas station of a maroon semi with a flatbed trailer driving southbound on the wrong side of the road at high speed. The reporting party said the truck nearly hit him and the driver made an obscene hand gesture. The reporting party is requesting a law enforcement response to check the vehicle and driver.
