Caller advises there are two vehicles on scene; her husband just pulled up in a gray Chevy Malibu and parked directly behind her white vehicle. Traffic unit will be about midway up the hill on 31. I do not have any emergency lights; my vehicle is undercover. You'll have to go down to the bridge, turn around, and return up the hill.
