Woman reported inside concession stand at park

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible theft at a concession stand in the beach area of Raccoon Park on Raccoon Park Road. A caller observed a woman on camera inside the stand going through items and was heading to the location while units were dispatched.
