Unanswered call with baby and dog heard in home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a possible incomplete emergency call from the Lolo Lane area. A barking dog and a baby were heard in the background, but no disturbance was clearly identified. Attempts to call the number back reached no one.
