Possible child abduction reported on Union Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible abduction after a (suspect description withheld) was seen forcing a 10-year-old girl into a white Ford pickup truck with a toolbox near Union Ave and Main St. The truck (short-bed, tinted windows, black rims, and black with orange/red lettering on the rear) was last seen heading eastbound on Union Ave.
