Suspicious car partly in road and ditch in Hinton

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possibly red four-door sedan sitting partly in the roadway and partly in a ditch near the (number withheld) block of New River Road in Hinton. The caller reported the vehicle’s hazard lights were on and then turned off and requested law enforcement to check the situation.
