Domestic dispute and medical call at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a possible domestic disturbance involving family members arguing and a male stepping between them at a residence near Main Avenue East. EMS was staged until law enforcement confirmed the involved male had left the property. Units were also dispatched to an upstairs apartment at a nearby complex for a conscious 29-year-old woman with serious vaginal bleeding while on birth control.
